I first came across this company at the start of the COVID lockdowns earlier this year. I basically had to convert my box bedroom in to some sort of HQ office! I couldn’t really open my window due to the busy road noise outside. Dominic visited my house to carry out a survey and provided me with a quote. I had received a few other quotes from local firms however their quotes were double the price of Chill Air. The other firms irritated me with their silly sales calls. Dominic just gives you a quote and leaves you to decide! On the day of installation Dominic arrived 8am and was here all day until the job was complete. I was left with a lovely little Toshiba wall unit, remote control and service books. Very clean and professional install. Fully trunked to the wall not a pipe or cable in site! Most recently I’ve had a second unit installed in a bedroom. Again, same usual high standard, nice and professionally installed. The lads even hoovered after their install. I will absolutely be using this company again and again and again! Thanks again

From initial contact with Dominic, to completion of the installation of our bedroom air conditioning unit by Brandon and Corey, we were completely satisfied by the service we received. Response to our initial inquiry was prompt and Dominic took time to explain everything to us. Installation was performed very efficiently by the two fitters, who also worked neatly and tidied up everything afterwards. The unit looks great in the bedroom and the outside unit is unobtrusive at ground level with quality trunking concealing the pipework and cabling to the upstairs entry point. We are most impressed and have no hesitation in recommending this company. Well done!
